Before we begin

The useful details.

Which personal styling package should I choose?

Choose Color + Style Direction if you want to understand your palette and proportions before editing or shopping. Choose the Wardrobe Reset if you want to edit your closet, build repeatable outfits and identify what is missing.

The Signature Wardrobe adds more outfit building, personal shopping guidance and help putting the plan into practice. We agree the scope and support period before booking. If you are unsure, choose “Help me choose” on the enquiry form.

Do I need to know my colors before we start?

No. Color analysis is part of the process when it is the right starting point. You do not need to arrive with a season, a mood board or the right vocabulary.

Can we work virtually?

Yes. Briefing, closet editing, outfit planning and shopping guidance can be handled virtually. Lighting and screens can change how colors appear, so the format for color analysis is confirmed separately. See how virtual personal styling works, including a sample wardrobe plan.

Can I enquire from Austin, New Braunfels, San Marcos or Boerne?

Yes. Terrihn is based in San Antonio, and virtual styling is available for clients across the US. If you are in Austin, New Braunfels, San Marcos or Boerne, tell us your location and whether you prefer virtual or in-person support. We will confirm in-person availability and any travel arrangements before booking.

Can personal styling help with a military-to-civilian career transition or civilian work at JBSA?

Yes. If you are leaving military service for a civilian career, we can plan interview and work outfits around your new role, budget and the clothes you already own. If you are a civilian working at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), share your workplace dress requirements so we can plan practical outfits for your day.

Start with the package that fits your needs, or choose “Help me choose” in your brief. We will agree the scope, format and fee before booking.

How much does personal styling cost, and are clothes included?

Color + Style Direction starts at $325; The Wardrobe Reset starts at $795; The Signature Wardrobe starts at $1,500. These are starting fees in US dollars; we agree the final scope and fee before booking.

Clothing, tailoring and other purchases are separate. Your clothing budget is agreed alongside the styling plan.

What happens after I send the brief?

We reply by email to discuss the right package and agree the work, total fee, format, timing and cancellation/refund terms. Your brief is a request, not an appointment or payment. Please do not send card details through the form.

How much support is included?

We agree which wardrobe areas to cover, the deliverables and the support period before booking. Signature Wardrobe includes more implementation support, not an unlimited or open-ended service.
